Recommended intake

Preparation instructions: Suitable for espresso, filter coffee, French press, fully automatic coffee machines or stovetop espresso makers. Recommended dosage: 7–9 g per espresso, 12–18 g per cup (200–250 ml). Water temperature: 90–94°C. Tip: Grind fresh for maximum flavor. Do not brew above 96°C – otherwise it will be bitter.
