Was ist aromatisierter Kaffee und wie wird er hergestellt?

Aromatisierter Kaffee wird durch die Zugabe natürlicher Aromastoffe während oder nach der Röstung veredelt. Bei lewelup werden ausschließlich natürliche Aromen aus echten Zutaten verwendet – kein künstliches Aroma. Das Sortiment umfasst sechs Sorten: Orange, Rosmarin, Jasmin, Rose, Haselnuss und Kakao.

Ist aromatisierter Kaffee ungesund?

Kaffee mit natürlichen Aromen ist nicht ungesünder als normaler Kaffee. Entscheidend ist die Art der Aromatisierung: Künstliche Aromen und Zuckerzusätze können unerwünscht sein. Die Naturaroma-Kaffees von lewelup verwenden ausschließlich natürliche Aromen ohne Zuckerzusatz – so genießt man das volle Aroma ohne versteckte Zusatzstoffe.

Welche Geschmacksrichtungen gibt es bei aromatisiertem Kaffee?

lewelup bietet sechs Naturaroma-Kaffee-Sorten: Orange (fruchtig-frisch), Rosmarin (kräuterig-mediterran), Jasmin (blumig-elegant), Rose (zart-blumig), Haselnuss (nussig-klassisch), Kakao (schokoladig-intensiv) und Bergamotte (zitrus-aromatisch, wie Earl Grey). Alle in 250g gemahlen erhältlich.

Kann man aromatisierten Kaffee im Vollautomaten verwenden?

Aromatisierter Kaffee kann im Vollautomaten verwendet werden, allerdings mit einer Einschränkung: Die Aromen können sich im Mahlwerk und Brühsystem ablagern und nachfolgende Brühungen beeinflussen. Es empfiehlt sich, nach der Verwendung einen Reinigungsdurchlauf zu machen. Alternativ eignet sich die gemahlene Variante perfekt für Filtermaschinen, French Press oder Handfilter.

Wie bereitet man aromatisierten Kaffee am besten zu?

Die Aromen kommen am besten bei mittlerer Brühtemperatur (92-96°C) zur Geltung. Empfehlenswert: Handfilter oder French Press, da diese Methoden die feinen Aromanoten besonders gut herausarbeiten. Bei der French Press ca. 4 Minuten ziehen lassen. Die Naturaroma-Kaffees von lewelup sind gemahlen und damit für alle gängigen Zubereitungsarten geeignet.
