Redemption conditions
Right of return 14 days for undamaged goods. In the case of custom-made products, the right of return is excluded in accordance with § 312d, para. 4 no. 1 BGB. Goods with a special design are marked accordingly on the product page. The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of an exchange of the same goods in a different version (size), we shall bear the costs of returning the goods to the customer. The costs for the return shipment to us shall always be borne by the buyer, even if the goods are being exchanged.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return for a total of 20 days after receipt of the goods. With the extended right of return, you can return the goods to us within 20 days of receipt after expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the goods are undamaged. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.* The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly. This applies to individual deliveries and partial deliveries.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund on return
We will refund the purchase amount via PayPal or bank transfer. Please let us know your bank details or fill in the corresponding fields in the withdrawal form. Alternatively, we can offer you a voucher for the entire purchase amount.
